We are family

After 3 months in Sweden, I traveled back to the US for a long weekend to celebrate my Lolo and Lola's 50th wedding anniversary! Even though it was a short and busy trip, it was so nice to see all of my family and reminded me of many good things that await me when I return home for good:

1) go to stores that stay open until 9pm or even later, instead of closing by 6pm
2) free and unlimited refills on soda
3) no winter boots, hats or gloves
4) car transportation as opposed to walking everywhere
5) getting as many bags from the grocery store as I want, without having to pay for them
6) eating Filipino food instead of köttbullar

Although these are some of the comforts of home that I lack in Sweden, I'm still excited to make the most of my last 3 months here! And in the meantime, here are a few family photos!
